Two juries and the audience agreed on the winning films of the 17th Mediterranean Film Festival Split. The festival award The Fishhook for Best Feature Film from the "Mediterranean" programme and a cash prize of 2,000 euros were awarded to the Egyptian film "Voy! Voy! Voy!" directed by Omar Hilal. The same film also received the highest ratings from the FMFS audience.

The seventeenth edition of the Mediterranean Film Festival Split ends tonight at the Bačvice Open-air Cinema with the awards given by the juries and the audience.

Italian director Enrico Maria Artale will personally present "El Paraíso" at the Croatian premiere tonight at the Bačvice Open-air Cinema, the film for which he had won the award for best screenplay, best female role, as well as the Youth Jury Award for best film at the Venice film festival.
