The visual identity of the 17th Mediterranean Film Festival Split has been presented, eagerly awaited, it was yet again created by Karlo Kazinoti.

- Carrying a beach towel on your shoulder in the summer becomes a special fashion accessory that symbolizes the youthful ease of living in the Mediterranean, especially to me from the perspective of a parent. It is enough to put on a bathing suit and flip-flops, and when you put the towel over your shoulder, you are ready for a maritime adventure. Somewhat older people look at that nonchalance with nostalgia, that moment of young people passing through the city creating casual sounds with their wet feet. The local youth with towels on their shoulders represent the MEANING of the Mediterranean life in the summer in the best possible way, and summer begins at FMFS - these are the words with which Karlo Kazinoti explains the concept of this year's visual identity, adorned by Frane Balta's photo.
